Who we are

PADEL PARTY organises events on padel courts in Tallinn and Maardu. The site padelparty.ee is owned and run by the PADEL PARTY team. Contact us at info@padelparty.ee.

What we collect

Event request. When you send the form we store what you typed: name, email, phone, date and time, number of guests, format, selected options and notes. We need it to contact you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

Anonymous visit statistics. To see how many people open the site and reach the form, we count page views and funnel steps. For that, a random identifier lives in your browser only while the tab is open. It is not linked to your name or device, disappears when the tab closes and is not used for cross-site tracking. We also store device type, referring page and campaign tags from the link, if any.

We do not use analytics cookies, third-party counters or ad networks, so there is no cookie banner. The only cookie on the site remembers your chosen language.

Who we share with

Data is stored with our technical providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Supabase Inc. (database), on servers in the European Union. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for their own purposes. A new-request notification may reach our team via Telegram; it contains the same data as the form.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept while the event is being organised and for up to 2 years after. Anonymous statistics are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing. Write to info@padelparty.ee and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
